The Crew Coordinator serves as the primary onshore point of contact for offshore personnel, responsible for coordinating crew logistics, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee relations. 

This role ensures a strong company presence during crew transitions while maintaining effective communication, resolving issues, and supporting overall workforce satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Crew Coordination & Administration
    • Prepare and manage timesheets for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 
  • • Coordinate and support crew changes, including attending mobilization and demobilization points as the company representative.
  • • Communicate all relevant mobilization details to offshore personnel. 
  • • Monitor and track training compliance, ensuring all personnel meet required certifications. 
  • 2. Employee Relations & Support
    • Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries, requests, and concerns. 
  • • Address grievances in a timely manner, working with supervisors and HR/legal where necessary. 
  • • Provide support to offshore personnel by ensuring concerns are acknowledged, tracked, and resolved. 
  • 3. Communication & Workforce Engagement
    • Communicate payslips and payroll-related information to offshore employees. 
  • • Maintain consistent communication with offshore personnel, ensuring clarity on company updates, expectations, and processes. 
  • • Support engagement initiatives and maintain a professional, approachable presence for employees.
  • 4. Stakeholder & Community Engagement
    • Maintain relationships with key external stakeholders and community groups.
  • • Represent the company at town halls and community engagements. 
  • • Support initiatives that strengthen the company’s presence and reputation within the local workforce and community. 
  • 5. Operational Support & Reporting
    • Track and report on crew status, compliance, and workforce-related metrics. 
  • • Support operations and HR with required reporting and documentation. 
  • • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of employee-related matters.
  • HSSEQ RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Comply with all company HSSEQ policies and offshore safety regulations.
  • • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses immediately.
  • • Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency drills.
  • • Wear and correctly use all required PPE.
  • • Promote proactive safety culture and environmental compliance.


Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree / Associate’s Degree / Diploma would be an asset.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in operations, HR, or similar role.
  • High administrative competence.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with employee relations and reporting processes.
  • Valid TBOSIET with CA-EBS certification.
  • OGUK Medical Certification.
  • Up-to-date vaccinations as per offshore health requirements.
