The International Recruitment Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the international talent acquisition efforts of an organization. This position requires a strategic approach, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the complexities of international recruitment.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
· Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Certified in SHRM
· Proven experience of at least 5 years in international recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar leadership role.
· Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of recruitment professionals.
· In-depth knowledge of global talent markets, labor regulations, and visa processes.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment analytics to drive decision-making.
· Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
· Demonstrated success in building and promoting employer brands on an international scale.
