The LMP Operator oversees bulk plant operations, ensuring efficient preparation and delivery of products to wellsites while maintaining strict quality control and compliance with all HSE, industry, and regulatory standards
Responsibilities
- Prepare and blend bulk products according to job specs.
- Ensure accurate, on-time delivery of materials.
- Manage loading, inventory, and documentation.
- Coordinate product movement with logistics teams.
- Maintain equipment and keep the bulk plant clean and safe.
- Follow all HSE and quality procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and risk‑assessment activities.
- Assist with safe storage, labeling, and disposal of materials.
Must Have
- Technical Certificate from the Guyana Technical Institute or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of HSE practices, proper material handling, and basic equipment checks.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment, complete documentation, and coordinate with operations teams.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
