Overall, Purpose of the Job 
• Ensure all Expro machinery and equipment are maintained in safe, reliable, and efficient 
working conditions at all times. 


Key Activities and Accountabilities 
• Maintain and update codes and programs for computer-controlled machinery. 
• Record all parts and materials used and request/order replacements when necessary. 
• Inspect machinery components for defects including breakage and excessive wear. 
• Document all repairs and maintenance performed. 
• Analyse test results, operator feedback, and machine error messages to diagnose 
equipment problems. 
• Review blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer manuals to ensure proper 
installation and operation of machinery. 
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery, equipment, and component parts. 
• Disassemble machinery to remove faulty components, conduct repairs, and reassemble 
equipment after inspections or testing. 
• Repair and restore machinery by replacing damaged or malfunctioning components. 
• Observe and test machinery using voltmeters and other diagnostic tools to identify 
malfunctions. 
• Operate repaired machinery to confirm the effectiveness of completed repairs. 
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies; report any suspected violations 
or conflicts of interest. 
• Follow all Quality policies and procedures; participate in quality improvement activities 
and report deficiencies or required deviations. 
• Comply with all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures; promote safety 
awareness and follow the 10 Safety House Rules. 
• Meet the objectives outlined in the Employee Development Plan. 


Job Knowledge and Qualifications 
• Preferably 30+ years old. 
• Strong working knowledge of machinery and tools, including operation, design, repair, 
and maintenance. 
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and preparing/working with BOM (Bill of 
Materials) documentation. 
• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing mechanical and equipment-related issues. 
• Understanding of engineering/computer science principles and applied technology used 
in the installation, repair, and operation of machinery and equipment.
