The Operator Assistant – Stimulation provides operational support during offshore stimulation activities by assisting with equipment preparation, chemical handling, fluid transfer systems, and installation of stimulation equipment.
The role contributes to safe and efficient execution of well stimulation operations while maintaining compliance with company HSE standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with rig-up, rig-down, assembly, and preparation of stimulation equipment.
- Operate and monitor support equipment including:
o Chemical handling systems
o Fluid tanks
o Suction manifolds
o Treating lines
o Associated support equipment - Assist Service Operators during pumping and stimulation operations.
- Prepare equipment and materials for offshore mobilization.
- Maintain housekeeping of work areas and equipment.
- Perform equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
- Safely handle chemicals and ensure proper storage procedures are followed.
- Comply with all Company, Client, and regulatory HSE and environmental requirements.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency drills.
- Report equipment defects and operational hazards to supervisors.
- Support general offshore operational activities as required.
Must Have
- Minimum four (4) years' experience as an Operator Assistant within stimulation or pumping services.
- Offshore operational experience.
- Experience handling stimulation chemicals and fluid transfer systems.
- OPITO HUET certification.
- CA-EBS certification.
- Fluent in English.

- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of offshore pumping support equipment.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Good communication and organizational skills.
