The Pump Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, testing, and supporting pumping systems used during offshore coiled tubing and well intervention operations.
The role ensures pumping equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Operate pumping equipment during offshore coiled tubing and well intervention operations.
- Perform equipment rig-up, rig-down, inspection, maintenance, and function testing.
- Operate HT400 ACE pumping systems and N2 equipment.
- Support bulk heading and pumping operations in accordance with approved procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities immediately.
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic equipment issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and client operational standards.
- Assist with general rig-up and rig-down activities.
- Maintain operational records, maintenance logs, and equipment reports.
- Participate in safety meetings and emergency response drills.
Must Have
- Minimum five (5) years' offshore Pump Operator experience.
- Experience operating HT400 (ACE System) pumping equipment.
- Experience operating nitrogen (N2) pumping equipment.
- Completion of Service Operator Competencies or equivalent industry certification.
- OPITO HUET certification.
- CA-EBS certification.
- Fluent in English.
