El Dorado Offshore is seeking a Recruitment and Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and the day-to-day operational coordination of offshore crew.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, offers and onboarding — for offshore and onshore positions.
- Coordinate crew changes, rotations, mobilisation and demobilisation, ground transport and accommodation.
- Liaise with vessels, rigs and clients on personnel movements and scheduling.
- Track and schedule mandatory training and medical certifications, ensuring compliance deadlines are met.
- Maintain complete and current employee files and personnel records.
- Support payroll, timesheet verification, invoicing and procurement as required.
Must Have
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in recruitment, human resources or operations.
- Experience in the energy, marine or offshore services sector is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with an HRIS or recruitment system is an asset.
- Experience working across multiple locations or in a high-volume environment.
- Strong coordination, documentation and communication skills.
