ROV Vessel Client Representative

Are you an experienced offshore professional with a strong background in ROV vessel operations and client representation? We’re seeking a dedicated ROV Vessel Client Service Rep (CSR) to act as the Person in Charge on the client’s behalf, ensuring safe and successful vessel operations, leading project kick-off meetings, and serving as the primary point of contact between the vessel, shore-based teams, and offshore platforms. If you have over 10 years’ experience on ROV vessels (including time as ROV Operator, Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, or Offshore Manager), more than 2 years’ experience as a Client Representative, hold a Technical Certificate/Diploma in Engineering (Engineering Degree preferred), along with ROV Pilot/Operator or Diving certification and valid offshore medicals including BOSIET/TBOSIET with CAEBS, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing the role of Person In Charge on the client’s behalf on the Vessel
  • Ensuring safe and successful operation are conducted on the ROV Vessel
  • Ensuring approved procedures are followed during the execution of the scope of work
  • Act as the Point of Contact between the vessel and all other client parties (beach and offshore platforms) during execution
  • Lead vessel project kick-off meetings
  • Ensure resources on the vessel are being optimally utilized
  • Create and maintain an environment of inclusion that respects and values individual differences and is aligned with the client’s core values.

 

Work Experience:

  • >2 years’ experience on vessels as client representatives supporting ROV or diving operations
  • >10 years’ experience working on ROV Vessels in the capacity of ROV Operator, ROV Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Offshore Manager or equivalent positions.
  • Ability to prepare reports, and communicate changes in the operation to the relevant client parties
  • Ability to review technical documents and ensure that the vessel crew complies.
  • All certifications and medical examinations as required for offshore work including BOSIET or TBOSIET training with CAEBS, and UKOOA medical
