Sales Manager

Georgetown, Guyana

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Guyana. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the oil and gas industry and will be responsible for developing and managing our sales team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Formulates new Guyana’s business development plan to achieve sales through detailed market research and analysis.

Provide and update sales forecast and required Business Development plans. 

Stay current and be fully conversant with industry and client specific regulations, standards, and specifications.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers.

Identify and close new sales opportunities.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the oil and gas industry

Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
