The Service Operator – Stimulation is responsible for operating, maintaining, function testing, rigging up, rigging down, and safely operating stimulation equipment during offshore well intervention activities.
The role supports the successful execution of stimulation services while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and HSE standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain stimulation equipment during offshore operations.
- Perform rig-up, rig-down, inspection, maintenance, and function testing of stimulation equipment.
- Operate high-pressure pumping systems including HT400 ACE pumping systems.
- Operate and maintain DME units, blenders, mixers, centrifugal pumps (CPumps), and associated stimulation equipment.
- Execute stimulation services in accordance with approved job designs.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify mechanical or operational issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment during operations.
- Ensure compliance with Company, Client, and regulatory HSE standards.
- Complete operational reports, maintenance records, and equipment checklists.
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills
Must Have
- Minimum five (5) years' experience as a Service Operator in stimulation operations.
- Proven offshore operational experience.
- Experience operating stimulation equipment including:
o DME Units
o HT400 High Pressure Pumps (ACE System)
o Blenders
o Mixers
o Centrifugal Pumps (CPumps) - Completion of Service Operator – F Competencies or equivalent industry certification.
- OPITO HUET certification.
- CA-EBS certification.
- Fluent in English.
