 The main duties include;


We are looking for a motivated sous chef to join our talented kitchen team. In this position you will act as the second in command in our kitchen, following and enforcing the executive chef’s requirement and guidelines.


Responsibilities include;


·       Develop new menu based on seasonal changes and customers’ demands

·       Assist with the planning and preparation of meal designs

·       Ensure the kitchen activities operate in a timely manner

·       Resolve customers problems and concerns personally



The successful candidate must possess the following:

·       Three (3) years’ experience in similar field

·       Bachelor’s Degree in culinary science or relevant field

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and best practices

·       Good understanding of MS office and restaurant software program

·       Team work oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
