We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
individual to join our team as a Clerical Support. In this role, you will play
a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by
providing essential clerical support. This position requires proficiency in
administrative tasks, effective communication, and a customer-oriented
approach.
Responsibilities
· Maintain organized and up-to-date records of various documents and files.
· Draft and format documents, letters, memos, and reports as needed.
· Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and completeness.
· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
· Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
· Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and materials preparation.
· Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
· Order and manage office supplies as needed.
· Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
· Assist in resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
· Assist in various administrative tasks as required by different departments.
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
· Proven experience in a clerical or administrative support role.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
