Offshore cooks are required to prepare meals on vessels for crew and following food, health, and safety procedures. Must be able to follow menu provided or prepare menu and keep inventory of food items. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


The successful candidate must possess the following:


  • Valid Seaman’s Book

  • Valid Passport

  •                   Valid STCW and Security Awareness Certificates

  • Valid Food Handlers Certificate

  • Valid Certificate of Competence

  • Yellow Fever, Hepatitis A and Typhoid Vaccines

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience offshore as a cook
