Facilities Management Services Advisor

As a Facility Management Services Advisor your core functions will be to provide and operate various office/soft services that support and enable smooth functionality of the facilities

This role is responsible for commercial, contractual and operational delivery of office services such as mailroom, print services, including but not limited to catering, janitorial and housekeeping services.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS


  •  Business acumen to understand the economics of a solution or service, including cost drivers and trade-offs associated with quality, schedule, and costs.

  • Ø Familiar with sustainability practices and energy efficiency standard

  • Ø Must have ability to coordinate Budget planning and cost forecasts

  • Ø Must possess experience in overseeing accuracy of payables and receivables to vendors

  • Ø Experience in Contract Management with the ability to execute contract compliance schedules and monitoring including HSE, Quality, Cost, Schedule and Sustainable Development 

  • Ø Directly responsible for Catering and Soft Services contract

  • Ø  Ability to effectively communicate ideas, plans, and updates both verbally and in writing is crucial.
