The HR Functional Support is responsible for assisting employees, management, the local Human Resources team and external stakeholders by completing assigned activities, with accuracy and on-time deliverables. You apply and maintain Company policies and procedures in support of the respective population with a high degree of customer focus and confidentiality.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
Ensure activities are completed with consistency and in compliance with work requirements, applicable employment laws & regulations and applicable policies, codes, standards, regulations, and industry practices
Maintain strict confidentiality of all data, information, records, and responsibilities entrusted to you.
Identify areas requiring more detailed instructions and clarify understanding, expectations as necessary.
Assist in the coordination of all pertinent aspect of the monthly employee payroll, including addressing queries/questions and reviewing all taxation and benefit administration.
Maintain all internal payroll controls and secure updated records to support all actions taken.
Proactively provide customer base with status updates including timely feedback regarding potential issues/ solutions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and customer focus
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate stakeholder to minimize delays in deliverables.
Ensure work is documented in a well-structured format to clearly convey required information.
Utilize organizational skills to ensure good housekeeping of deliverables and internal Human Resources records
Manage how new events or changes will affect individuals and business processes and recommend necessary actions.
Create, review and update (local) procedures and work instructions.
Seek alignment with stakeholder/ customer on the functional requirements.
Ensure compliance with the Data & Information Management Framework.
Provide support in areas like data analysis and/ or data cleansing.
Provide accurate and detailed information when escalating to the next support level.
Pro-actively approach involved colleagues to get feedback and updates in order to accurately inform the end-user of the progress made and status.
Inform and educate your HR colleagues on cross- functional topics encountered.
Ensure work is documented in a well-structured format to clearly convey required information
All Administrative duties as assigned by (management, the (global/ local) department or the project).
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a degree in Human Resources Management from a recognised institution / relevant study in Key HR Disciplines including compensation & benefits/ Industrial relations.
Minimum of at least three (3) years’ working experience in Human Resources (generalist role/ compensation & benefit administration.
Proven competency and experience in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in English
