The IT Technician will handle IT related concerns and activities of the organisation in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
Listening to or reads about end user problem(s) and locates appropriate scripts/articles for providing assistance.
Following carefully steps in scripts/articles to provide service to end users.

Appling a view of customer success to all customer interactions
Revisiting actively personal and team queues to ensure that end user issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
