We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Guyana. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the oil and gas industry and will be responsible for developing and managing our sales team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Formulates new Guyana’s business development plan to achieve sales through detailed market research and analysis.
• Provide and update sales forecast and required Business Development plans.
• Stay current and be fully conversant with industry and client specific regulations, standards, and specifications.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Identify and close new sales opportunities.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience and Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
