Administrative Assistant / Accountant

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant / Accountant. The ideal candidate will be capable of providing day-to-day administrative support while also handling accounting functions such as payroll, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.

  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and related financial documents.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic bookkeeping.

  • Support management with reporting and other office tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in both administrative support and accounting duties.

  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (an asset but not mandatory with proven experience).
