We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant / Accountant. The ideal candidate will be capable of providing day-to-day administrative support while also handling accounting functions such as payroll, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.

Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.

Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and related financial documents.

Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic bookkeeping.

Support management with reporting and other office tasks as required.
Requirements:

Proven experience in both administrative support and accounting duties.

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (an asset but not mandatory with proven experience).
