A Business Support Assistant is a versatile administrative professional who provides day-to-day support to ensure the smooth operation of a business or office. Responsibilities
- • Source and engage local vendors for services and supplies
• Prepare and issue RFQs, process POs, and track invoices
• Oversee delivery and installation of purchased items
• Manage office supplies and general admin tasks
• Coordinate staff travel, housing, and transportation
• Maintain immigration and travel logs
• Provide daily support to the Country Leader
Must Have
- • 5+ years of experience in office administration or business support
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent planning, communication, and organizational abilities
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
