Maintenance Personnel

We’re seeking a dependable General Property Management Maintenance Personnel to support a wide range of tasks across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry disciplines in our property operations. In this role, you’ll assist with equipment installation and repairs, maintain tools, complete documentation, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our facilities run efficiently and safely. If you have 2–5 years of trade experience, hold a relevant license or certification in Engineering (Civil/Electrical preferred), Architecture, or Administration — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, perform maintenance tasks associated with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry in support of Property Management activities.
• Assists in installing, servicing, and repairing equipment related to Property Management.
• Complete plant maintenance documents, maintains tools and equipment, and performs clean-up and housekeeping tasks as required, additionally document control.
• Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures.

Education Requirements:

• Skills are typically acquired through 2-5 years’ experience in trade.
• License and certification as required – Engineering - preferred (civil/electrician), Architect or Administration.
