The Warehouse Coordinator ensures customer cargo is handled efficiently and in full compliance within the client’s’ partner facilities in Miami and Houston.
The role focuses on timely cargo verification, adherence to TSA and warehouse regulations, accurate documentation, and strong communication with customers and internal teams.
The overall objective is to deliver a five‑star service experience by ensuring all cargo is properly processed, documented, and dispatched on time with complete compliance.
Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for verifying all cargo arrivals, ensuring accuracy of Warehouse Receipts, and maintaining strict compliance with TSA, CBP, Hazmat, and warehouse regulations.
- The coordinator performs quality checks, stages and scans cargo efficiently, and reports any discrepancies immediately.
- Manage all documentation—including photos, load lists, and customs paperwork—with 100% accuracy and timely uploading to internal systems.
- The position requires constant coordination with drivers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams while serving as the main escalation point for Miami/Houston operations.
- Above all, the coordinator ensures shipments meet cut‑off times and delivers a five‑star customer experience through speed, accuracy, and proactive communication.
Must Have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding, warehouse operations, or cargo compliance.
- Familiarity with TSA, CBP, and U.S. warehouse regulations.
- Experience in international logistics and customer service is an asset.
