Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR Certification (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) will be considered a plus.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the restaurant or fast-food industry.
· Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
· Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems is preferred.
· High level of integrity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
