The Quality Assistant will manage and oversee documents for the Quality Department; and engage in follow-ups to ensure that Non-Conformances & Lessonlearnt are completed and actioned within their prescribed timelines.
§ Organize and Archive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Forms, Non-Conformance (NC) & Lesson Learnt (LL)
§ Fulfil SOPs & Forms Retrieval Requests
§ Fulfil NCs & LLs Retrieval Requests
§ Maintain SOPs, Forms, NCs & LLs
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
§ Minimum of One year work experience in a clerical field and handling confidential information.
§ Passes at Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate [CSEC]
§ Passes at Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination [CAPE]
§ Knowledge & experience of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, would be an asset.
