Restaurant General Manager
client, based in Guyana, is currently seeking a Restaurant General Manager to
oversee the efficient functioning of their restaurant and ensure that guests
have a delightful dining experience. The primary responsibilities of the role
include providing comprehensive training and supervision to all personnel, creating
an elevated and authentic service, and ensuring the restaurant's success
through the use of guest satisfaction surveys and financial controls. The
successful candidate must possess excellent planning and management skills to
effectively manage restaurant orders, staff, and finances. The objective is to
enhance sales and revenue by prioritizing customer satisfaction and promoting
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
· A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Food Service Management or a related field.
· Demonstrated experience in managing food and beverage operations.
· Proficient knowledge of various computer software programs, including MS Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems.
· Efficient problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues promptly.
· Excellent delegation skills in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
· Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the food and beverage industry.
