Job Summary – Senior Drilling Engineer
Responsible for planning and executing safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling operations while providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

MAIN FUNCTIONS
• Provide engineering planning, design, surveillance, and follow-up required for the safe and efficient drilling and completion of drilling programs.
• Ensure well objectives are met while maintaining the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection.
• Provide technical expertise on drilling engineering to Operations and Development 
• Prepare Drilling Basis of Design documentation, including Casing Design, Torque/Drag, and Hydraulics.
• Develop functional specifications and scopes of work for equipment and services.
• Continuously seek to improve regional well construction performance.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience in well planning and execution.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience required for international assignments.
• For deepwater drilling positions: at least 3 years of industry experience in deepwater operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with well design software and Microsoft applications.
• Fluent in English (read, write, and speak).
• Proven experience in well planning and execution.
