Inventory Control Specialist
JOB PURPOSE: The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock levels, replenishment, and data management. The role involves liaising with internal teams, addressing discrepancies, and supporting inventory management initiatives to achieve operational excellence. This position plays a critical role in meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining a streamlined supply chain process.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Possession of MET and or EET diploma or equivalent certification.
· Minimum five (5) ’O’ Levels CXC/GCE/CSEC
· Minimum two (2) “A’ Levels or equivalent
· Have a minimum of seven (7) years’ work experience in this capacity.
· Knowledge and competency in an inventory environment utilizing Maximo and Oracle EBS platforms (or equivalent).
· Knowledge and competency in data collation and wrangling using data visualization tools. Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, VBA Power.
· Possession of MET and or EET diploma or equivalent certification
