Location: Offshore/Onshore

Overview:
we are seeking a motivated Operations Engineer (Trainee) to support offshore and onshore activities while completing a structured training program. The role provides hands-on experience in drilling operations, project work, performance reporting, and HSE compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support rig operations and assist in reviewing drilling programs and daily reports.
  • Complete the Operations Engineer Training Program (OETP).
  • Prepare operational and KPI/NPT reports using IDS Tournet Pro.
  • Assist with After Action Reviews, retrofit/SPS projects, and equipment inspections.
  • Participate in tender preparation, budget tracking, and rig importation planning.
  • Attend DWOP, HAZID, and HAZOP studies.
  • Gain knowledge of industry standards, certification, and document control processes.
  • Work in compliance with company Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Energy policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required).
  • Strong computer and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork abilities.
  • Commitment to HSE standards and willingness to work offshore.
  • Desirable: Drilling Engineer Course, IWCF Level 4, project experience, industry knowledge.
