We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Ordinary Seaman (OS) to join our maritime crew. The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and navigation support on board, ensuring the vessel operates safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- • Perform general deck duties including cleaning, painting, and maintenance
• Assist in mooring and unmooring operations
• Stand watch as lookout or helmsman as required
• Support the safe loading and unloading of cargo
• Follow instructions from the Bosun, Chief Mate, or other senior officers
• Assist with emergency drills and safety procedures
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies
Requirements
- • Valid Ordinary Seaman Certificate
• STCW Basic Safety Training Certification
• Valid Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
• Previous seagoing experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and physical stamina
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at sea for extended periods
