Storekeeper

Are you an experienced offshore professional with a solid background in inventory management and material control on a MODU? We’re seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to manage offshore stores, oversee material requisition and inventory using PeopleSoft FSCM, and ensure compliance with safe systems of work and quality standards. If you have at least two years of offshore experience, hold a Marshall Islands License and AB/OS/Oiler certifications, and are confident managing critical supplies and backload manifests while maintaining excellent housekeeping, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Attends and participates in all pre-tour, post tour, and weekly safety meetings.
• Assumes all duties and responsibilities associated with the safe and efficient operation of the MODU stores, including ordering and receipt of materials, managing inventory (including the stocking of items deemed critical), preparation and coordination of backload manifest.
• Liaises with the onshore Materials department as required.
• Requisitions materials as directed, using PeopleSoft FSCM, in accordance with the client’s Management System (VMS).
• Ensures compliance with the client’s Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).Manages and maintains appropriate logs and records in accordance with the client’s policies, standards and procedures.
• Has a complete understanding of the client’s Emergency Response Manual and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Maintains good housekeeping in stores/warehouses.
• Performs quarterly storage and preservation inspection form to confirm materials and supplies are stored and preserved in accordance with PR-CO-SC-015.
• Performs additional duties as directed by OIM.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Two (2) or more years in a similar role with prior offshore experience preferred.
• Must Have Marshall Island License
• Must Have AB/OS/Oiler license
