The Cashier is responsible for processing customer payments, ensuring accurate transactions, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and organized cashier area.
Responsibilities
- Process customer payments using cash, credit, or other methods.
· Maintain an organized cash register and ensure accuracy in transactions.
· Assist customers with inquiries and provide friendly service.
· Report any discrepancies in cash handling to management.
· Maintain cleanliness of the cashier station
Must Have
- Experience in cash handling or retail preferred.
· Strong math skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Knowledge of POS systems.
