This role is vital to promoting our brand, programs, and initiatives within the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
- • Develop and implement community engagement strategies
• Represent the organization at community events, forums, and stakeholder meetings
• Build and maintain relationships with local leaders, organizations, and residents
• Coordinate outreach programs and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives
• Manage communication efforts related to community projects
• Prepare reports on community impact and engagement metrics
• Handle community inquiries and address concerns professionally
Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in community engagement or public relations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to plan events and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Passion for community development and public engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
