Cost and Proposals Intern

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a background in engineering or quality management and a passion for driving continuous improvement? We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Quality & Vendor Management Specialist to support our logistics operations, evaluate performance against set objectives, and lead change through collaboration and innovation. If you have hands-on experience with Quality and Vendor Management Systems, a strong grasp of logistics processes, and the ability to present effectively to diverse stakeholders, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Detail oriented, well organized and able to meet strict and urgent deadline.
• Ability to work well in teams and present to various stakeholders both virtually and in-person.
• Working knowledge of the general logistics processes.
• Ability to collect data, evaluate and report company performance against set objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and affect change through direct and indirect leadership.
• Possess excellent written and verbal skills and be proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access.
• Problem analysis and problem solving
• Customer service oriented.

Education Requirements:

• BSc Engineering discipline or formal training in a quality discipline
• Minimum of 1-year practical experience in an environment with an established Quality Management System
• Minimum of 1-year practical experience in an environment with an established Vendor Management System
• Knowledge and practical experience in drafting contracts and pricing for tenders/ bids in the Energy Industry
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of invoicing and accounting processes

Work Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience in procurement or contracts administration would be an asset.
