The Executive Assistant provides confidential executive support to the leadership team, ensuring efficiency, organization, and professionalism. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining discretion .
Responsibilities
- · Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
· Track and follow up on urgent tasks to ensure execution.
· Research, draft reports, and prepare meeting materials.
· Organize agendas, schedule conferences, and manage logistics.
· Review and respond to emails and messages on behalf of executives.
· Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal/external parties.
· Assist in cost management, processing payments, and HR functions such as scheduling interviews and performance reviews.
· Work on enhancing ERP systems and departmental procedures.
· Track training plans and support development initiatives.
· Handle sensitive information with professionalism
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.
· 2-5 years of experience supporting senior executives (preferred).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
· Ability to work independently and under pressure
