HR COORDINATOR

Georgetown, Guyana

Our client is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator. The successful candidate must have considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration, and payroll administration while maintaining functions such as employee processing, conflict resolution, personnel policies, regulatory compliance and local payroll.  Additionally, he/she should be able to manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions etc.)

The successful candidate must possess the following:

1.            Five (5) plus years of Human Resources experience.

2.            Effective oral and written communication skills.

3.            Excellent interpersonal skills.
