Responsibilities

  • • Coordinate berthing, customs, logistics, and port services for offshore vessels.
    • Supervise cargo operations, loading/unloading, and inland base traffic.
    • Prepare and process all vessel documentation for customs and port authorities.
    • Manage third-party logistics, vendor invoicing, and reporting.
    • Oversee contractor personnel at the shore base and docks.
    • Monitor and manage inventory, warehouse activities, and cargo tracking.
    • Update internal systems and generate operational reports.

Requirements

  • Requirements:
    • High school diploma; maritime/logistics certifications are a plus.
    • Experience in marine agency, shipping, or logistics preferred.
    • Knowledge of port operations, customs, and vessel documentation.
    • Strong communication, coordination, and computer skills.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
