Operations Manager
Are you an experienced operations leader with a strong background in retail, logistics and finance? We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading retail company in Trinidad. This is a key role where you’ll manage day -to -day operations, ensure efficiency and oversee financial processes to drive business success
Key Responsibilities
· Store Operations: Oversea the opening and closing of retail stores, ensuring smooth daily operations
· Logistics & Deliveries: Manage truck drivers, coordinate truck routing and ensure timely deliveries to retail locations
· Sales & Reporting: Handle and analyse sales reports, providing insights to improve performance
· Team Management: Delegate tasks efficiently and process employee leave applications
Financial Oversight
· Manage daily deposits and perform reconciliations for both retail and wholesale transactions
· Consolidate deposits and maintain a cash float of approximately $10,000.00
· Serve as signatory on cheques and customs documents
· Oversee accounts receivables and Invoicing
· Ensure accurate filing of all invoices and financial documentation

Requirements
