The Operations Quality Specialist will focus on preventing and mitigating risks to personnel, assets, the environment, and the company's reputation. They will ensure compliance with standards, rules, and requirements set by the company, regulators, clients, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • • Apply Quality and Regulatory Policy across operations.
    • Promote and maintain Management Systems.
    • Manage audits per the Area Audit Plan.
    • Lead internal/external verifications, audits, and corrective actions.
    • Manage deviations and mitigating measures.
    • Contribute to vendor/sub-contractor qualification.
    • Drive continuous improvements in local operations.
    • Perform/support incident investigations.
    • Contribute to training and communication for Management Systems and Quality.
    • Maintain regional content for the ‘GEMS View for Operations’ portal.
    • Set up and manage Country Fleet operating manuals.
    • Consolidate and report data for reporting purposes.
    • Coordinate feedback on Costs of Non-Quality from offshore units.
    • Plan and follow up on assurance activities.
    • Ensure documentation management onshore and offshore.
    • Ensure effective management and use of Management Systems.

Must Have

  • • Relevant University Degree with focus on Quality Management
    • 3+ years’ experience with quality processes/tools in Oil & Gas or related industries (e.g., Naval)
    • Strong knowledge and experience with Quality tools
    • Proficient in MS Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI (or equivalent)
    • Experienced with Document Management Systems
    • Audit experience
    • Data analysis and reporting skills
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
    • Willing to travel to operating locations occasionally
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
