| We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, talent pool management, and client interfacing, while supporting employee relations, training coordination, contractor payroll and invoicing, and HR administration. |
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Publish job ads and maintain recruitment trackers and talent pools.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to meet manpower needs and mobilization timelines.
- Support employee relations, grievances, performance processes, and record management.

Coordinate training programmes and maintain training and development records.

Lead engagement initiatives, career fairs, and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Handle HR administration including payroll processing, invoicing, logistics, and document control.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum of two (2) years’ experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
