Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to support operational workforce requirements across all business units. The role includes sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, interfacing with clients, and supporting employee relations and performance management initiatives.

The incumbent will also provide administrative and operational HR support including contractor payroll and invoicing, record management, training coordination, and participation in employee engagement activities such as career fairs and town halls.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Publish job ads and maintain recruitment trackers and talent pools.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to meet manpower needs and mobilization timelines.
  • Support employee relations, grievances, performance processes, and record management.
  • Coordinate training programmes and maintain training and development records.
  • Lead engagement initiatives, career fairs, and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Handle HR administration including payroll processing, invoicing, logistics, and document control.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  •  Professionalism and the ability to manage sensitive information.
