Are you capable of delivering and maintaining realistic and consistent project plans and schedules that accurately reflect assessed risks for a flagship offshore project in Trinidad, while supporting its safe and efficient execution? Additionally, can you contribute to the delivery and maintenance of Quantity Surveying and Project Controls deliverables to ensure the project's successful completion, while being based at a Trinidad fabrication yard/site location?
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate commitment to HSSE leadership and ensure compliance with policies.
- Track, verify, and report site fabrication and commissioning progress.
- Assess contractor performance and identify schedule slippages.
- Support the construction team in verifying progress and forecasts.
- Liaise with Project Services and Contracts for claim processing.
- Participate in contract and contractor performance management.
- Monitor and report schedule movements, key milestones, and forecast dates.
- Identify risks impacting project timelines and propose mitigation strategies.
- Validate critical path and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement progress measurement and periodic reporting.
- Maintain and update integrated Primavera schedules.
- Develop progress reports, KPIs, and trend-based forecasting.
- Ensure accuracy of contractor progress reports and flag discrepancies.
- Support AWP, Work Face Planning, and system-based commissioning planning.
Experience, Education, and Competence requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or relevant certification in QS/Construction Planning.
- Minimum 12 years of site-based experience in QS, Project Controls, or Planning.
- Preferred experience in major upstream or integrated gas project execution, including fabrication yards.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.

- This role will be based in Trinidad fabrication yard/site location(s).
- Complex environment to deliver with multiple locations of both the Company team and EPC contractors.
- Self-empowered, independent delivery and balancing multiple priorities and complex stakeholder interactions.
