Timekeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented Timekeeper/Clerk to provide efficient clerical and administrative support within the department. The role is responsible for accurate data entry, timesheet management, documentation control, and coordination of employee attendance and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, organization, and timely reporting to support operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform general clerical duties and administrative support
  • Accurately input and upload data into company information systems
  • Prepare, verify, and manage employee timesheets and approvals
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Compile daily personnel attendance and presence reports
  • Support HR with employee counts, rotation plans, and workforce tracking
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and data analysis tasks
  • Coordinate agency personnel timesheets and approvals
  • Communicate with HR, Production, Planning, and Agency teams
  • Support system implementation and process improvements
  • Assist with coordination of overtime meals, rotation, and travel arrangements

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or Higher Technical Diploma
  • Minimum experience in a clerical or administrative role (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel essential)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of data entry and record keeping
