Training Coordinator

Are you a highly organized professional with a passion for coordination and compliance?We’re looking for a detail-oriented Training Coordinator to manage and track mandatory training and medical services for offshore personnel, liaise with vendors, maintain up-to-date certification records, and ensure timely communication with clients, colleagues, and service providers. If you hold a certificate in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field and have at least two years’ experience in a similar role, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Schedule mandatory training and medicals for all new hires.  
  • Schedule mandatory training and medicals for all employees whose certificates are within 1 month of the expiry date.  
  • Maintain a database to track expiry dates of all certificates.
  • Maintain softcopies of all certificates.  
  • Provide copies of certificates to Rig admins and Logistics Coordinators as requested.  
  • Schedule training for additional training requests from clients.  
  • Work with vendors to plan and schedule trainings  
  • Log Work Orders to request payment for training and medicals.  
  • Ensure all vendors are paid on time.
  • Constantly monitor emails and respond to clients, colleagues, vendors, and other individuals within a timely manner. For time sensitive or critical emails, respond within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Inform the Logistics Coordinator on out-of-country training so they may make the necessary arrangements.

 

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum of a certificate in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field

Must Have
