Role/Functions

  • Responsible for coordinating the transportation and delivery of materials, equipment and personnel to and from the designated work sites ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Manage the process for providing accurate and timely planning information. Key stakeholder focal point for the site Operations Team.
  • Work closely with onshore Logistics Coordinator’s, Vessel Schedulers and Supply Base (SB) operations team to ensure optimum utilization of Logistics support resources.

Responsibilities

  • Manage oversight and assurance of Logistics processes with an emphasis on the compliance.
  • Manage robust communication process for ensuring offshore readiness as it relates to cargo movement (reduce/eliminate round trip cargo).
  • Ensure a robust process for liaising with vendors regarding the call off cargo (including materials, equipment, bulks and services).
  • Participate in the daily logistics planning meeting to ensure alignment with rig expectations. Provide oversight into the management of cargo container units (CCUs) in support of logistics.
  • Supports timely collection, reporting and analysis of cargo planning & Supply Base KPIs/Metrics data.
  • Track, capture and report unplanned cargo demands (Cargo <24hrs notice) Comply with Shell global and regional supply base operating standards (SoPs).
  • Deliver connectivity and engagement between Logistics and internal & external stakeholders, focus on planning, prioritization, and optimization of Logistics resources to meet operational cargo requirements. Support daily cost updates for supply base services.

Education Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any Logistics major

 

Work Experience

  • Minimum three (3) years working experience in oil and gas offshore as a Well Logistics Advisor.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
