Catering and Inventory Coordinator

The Catering and Inventory Coordinator’s role is integral to ensuring the seamless execution of catering events and effective management of Noble’s inventory. The main responsibility lies in overseeing the coordination of catering events, from Noble’s inquiries to post-event evaluations. Additionally, he/she will manage the client’s inventory, optimizing stock levels and implementing effective inventory control measures.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering coordination and inventory management.
· Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
· Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
