The successful candidate must possess the following:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or Social Sciences, or related field.
· Certified by SHRM
· Proven experience of at least 3 years in international recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
· Familiarity with global employment regulations, visa processes, and cultural considerations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates from various backgrounds.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to attract top international talent.
· Knowledge of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
· High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
