An International Recruitment Specialist is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent from around the world to fulfill positions within an organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their staffing needs, developing international recruitment strategies, and executing these strategies to identify and onboard candidates with diverse skill sets and backgrounds.

The successful candidate must possess the following:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or Social Sciences, or related field.
· Certified by SHRM
· Proven experience of at least 3 years in international recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
· Familiarity with global employment regulations, visa processes, and cultural considerations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates from various backgrounds.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to attract top international talent.
· Knowledge of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
· High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
