Labourers are essential workers in various industries, performing a range of manual tasks to support construction, manufacturing, and maintenance projects. Their responsibilities often include physical labour, site cleanup, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

·       Performing manual tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment as directed by supervisors or foremen.

·       Assisting skilled workers, such as carpenters, electricians, or plumbers, with project tasks as needed.

·       Operating basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.

·       Maintaining cleanliness and organization on job sites by collecting and disposing of debris, waste, or hazardous materials.

Erecting and dismantling temporary structures, scaffolding, or barricades under supervision.

    Education & Experience:

·       High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

·       Previous experience in manual labour, construction, or related fields may be advantageous but not always required.

·       Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers.

·       Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures.
