Rig Administrator

Georgetown, Guyana

As a Rig Admin on the Rig, your role is pivotal in providing administrative support to rig operations. You will be responsible for various tasks, including document management, data entry, and communication with onshore teams. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of administrative processes on the rig.


• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional administrative or secretarial training is a plus.

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an offshore or industrial setting.

• Strong organizational and data entry skills.

• Knowledge of document management and record-keeping best practices.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in an offshore drilling environment.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Ability to adapt to changing work conditions and operational needs.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Rigger/Slinger Training

• STCW Fire Fighting - Basic (BFF) Course Certificate

• Offshore Medical Certificate
