The successful candidate would be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and setting of tables, meal preparation and assisting with cleaning of the galley and other areas onboard the vessel, assisting with unloading and storing stock, and general housekeeping.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Five (5) CXC Subjects, including Mathematics and English.
• Certificate in Basic Safety, Sanitation and Maintenance of Equipment
• Certificate in Security Awareness
• Certificate in Food Preparation
• At least two (2) years of Experience working in the Culinary and/ or Hospitality Industry Offshore
